Let’s Lift

This 60 minute workout is a total body weight lifting class designed to sculpt and shape you from head to toe.  Heavy weights are preferred but not required.   Do not let the words heavy scare you.  Did you know on average people who lift burn about 100 more calories during the 24 hours after the workout.  Yes you read correctly.  And the effects are magnified when you increase the weights you are lifting.  So come on Let’s Lift.   *Modifications can be made based on individual needs.*
