– Hamstring stretch
– Pyramid feet (calf focus)
– Standing pigeon
– Cross leg IT band
– Kneeling lunge variations
– Seated Forward fold
– Upside down pigeon aka figure 4
– Laying down hamstring stretch
– Spinal twist
