Spring is in the air! So who’s down to join me in a PUSH – UP Challenge…… Come on you know you want too. Everyone can use a little motivation & since Spring is literally 5 days away, now is a good time to get your body moving and ready for Summer.
Here are your moves:
- Kneeling Push up
- Up:Up – Down:Down
- 1 Leg Down Dog
- Triceps Dips
- Mountain Climber Push Up
